Here is the opinion in State v. Graham.
An excerpt:
John Graham was convicted of felony murder. He appeals, contending that: he was tried on the felony murder charge in violation of the specialty doctrine of federal extradition law; the circuit court erred in admitting hearsay; there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction; and, his life sentence without parole was unauthorized by statute and was unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment. We affirm.
As a Tetuwan Minneconjou Cheyenne River Lakota, we are pleased to see a small measure of justice has been served in the execution-rape murder of Anna Mae Aquash after decades of lies & excuses.
Now the rest of the co-conspirators who ordered Aquashs execution need to be tried & convicted as well, we may even find the remains of the not 7, but 12 other AIM murder victims, along with Ray Robinson from the Seige of Wounded Knee.
