It’s almost December and the lame-duck Congress is deliberating and negotiating. Will a Carcieri fix happen this year?
Wow, pessimism. If we believe, then we work hard, and if we work hard then it will happen — within a range and the Carcieri Fix is in range. It’s a little illogical, but this is Congress.
ICT reports more than a dozen Republicans came on board. Sounds like there’s a good a chance as any.
