Western Sky turned over their accounts to Delbert Services which is a collection agency even though customers were not late in payments. They continue to claim they are exempt from any State laws. In addition, Pay Day Finance is taking loans for Western Sky – they just change the code in their computer system. So Western Sky is not out of business.

Western Sky’s Terms of Use states the company is a Native American owned business operating within the boundaries of the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation. However, the disclaimer on the web page states “Western Sky is owned wholly by an individual member of the Cheyenne River Sioux tribe…:not” owned or operated by the Cheyenne River Sioux tribe, and …operated within the “exterior” boundaries.
    Why they discrepancy?
