    I’m the attorney who litigated this for Western Watersheds Project. Sadly, the grazing was not enjoined, this being grazing law. Thanks to Larry Craig and others, grazing must go on even if the underlying NEPA documents are found to be unlawful. Hopefully when the Forest Service gets around to writing another assessment for the Angell Allotment it will take the extraordinary archaeological resources more seriously, but that may be years away.
