Although the caption remains United States v. Washington, most of the subproceedings recently occurring do not involve claims against the State. This subproceeding was by the Squaxin Island Tribe against a private shellfish grower, and the State participated in the subproceeding in support of the Tribe’s rights. The State’s brief is attached.
