    Good catch on the appeal bond point, I was about to leave a comment on that. Still, the sanctions grant, whatever the amount comes out to be, is notable too.

    Headline is inaccurate. Plaintiffs were ordered to post $200,000 bond. Amount of sanctions haven’t been determined yet.
