OFFICE OF THE SOLICITOR~

Attorney Adviser, Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, Division of General Law, Branch of General Legal Services, Washington, DC (Closes on September 12, 2016)

EASTERN BAND OF CHEROKEE INDIANS~

EBCI is accepting applications for a Legal Services Attorney. Applicant must have a JD degree from an ABA accredited law school, be a member in good standing of N.C. State Bar, 3 years of experience practicing law, civil litigation experience is required. Family Law or criminal law is preferred. Excellent benefit package. Salary: $80,258, DOE.

EBCI is also accepting applications for a Tribal Prosecutor.  Besides bar passage, 5 years of experience practicing criminal law in N.C. is required, Federal prosecution experience is preferred. Prosecutes criminal and juvenile cases in Cherokee Court. Excellent benefit package. Salary: $104,653, DOE.
