EASTERN BAND OF CHEROKEE INDIANS~

EBCI is accepting applications for a Legal Services Attorney. Applicant must have a JD degree from an ABA accredited law school, be a member in good standing of N.C. State Bar, 3 years of experience practicing law, civil litigation experience is required. Family Law or criminal law is preferred. Excellent benefit package. Salary: $80,258, DOE.

EBCI is also accepting applications for a Tribal Prosecutor.  Besides bar passage, 5 years of experience practicing criminal law in N.C. is required, Federal prosecution experience is preferred. Prosecutes criminal and juvenile cases in Cherokee Court. Excellent benefit package. Salary: $104,653, DOE.
