    Since there is no limit on the amount of land or an MB-1 restriction. I can conclude that the entire Salton Sea can be trust land with an MB-1 from a Mexican Tribe to provide desalinated water. In this case the Inland Cherokees who were displaced from Oklahoma could be also a trust tribe and have the fee waived due to force relocation by the BIA which under the Department of Army as the enforcer do eminent domain and predesignation of all residents around the Trump mile (22 miles by 12 miles) and have exclusive jurisdiction of the territory ceded.
