Yes once again the California Miwok received justice the only way any branch of the government knows how to give them. We should have had a billionaire developer and a major law firm with tentacles that reached into every branch of the government like the Everone faction. At least we have the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals so we are not done yet. I wonder if the BIA will be as concerned for the original members when they are dis-enrolled as they have been in enrolling new members against the authority of the tribe itself.
