San Carlos Apache Tribe

Assistant Attorney General, San Carlos, A.Z. Under the supervision of the Tribal Attorney General, the Assistant Attorney General will prepare and review contracts, agreements, leases, rights of way and similar documents in order to promote legal interests of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. Prepare drafts and presents Resolutions and Ordinances to the Tribal Council, provides legal advice and services on legal rights, obligations and privileges of the tribe. Morongo Band of Mission Indians

Water Law Counsel RFP, Banning, C.A. The Morongo Band of Mission Indians is issuing this Request for Proposals in order to solicit competitive sealed proposals for legal services related to water issues affecting the Tribe.  Because California law governs certain of the water issues affecting the Tribe, only applicants who are licensed members in good standing of the California State Bar will be considered.   Eight (8) copies of the proposal should be submitted no later than 5:00pm, Friday August 10, 2018.  Proposals should be addressed to the Morongo Legal Department, 12700 Pumarra Road, Banning, CA 92220. Any inquiry regarding this RFP should be addressed to the Morongo Tribal Attorney at the address set forth above or by email (legal@morongo-nsn.gov). National Collegiate Athletic Association, including compact implications, business and regulatory oversight models for a potential emerging market on Pueblo of Sandia lands. To facilitate the Pueblo’s decision-making processes, the Pueblo of Sandia is soliciting Requests for Proposals from expertly qualified Offerors to provide strategic consulting services and legal advice. A qualified consultant will provide expert analysis of the legal and policy landscape, and national trends in the market, working closely with the Tribal Council, Pueblo Leadership and the Pueblo’s General Counsel.
